PRESS RELEASE

BRANTLY INTERNATIONAL TO
PARTICIPATE IN AUSTRALIAN AIRSHOW

Brantly International, Inc. will participate in a major Australian airshow in November. Earlier this year, Brantly accepted an invitation to both display and demonstrate their B-2B helicopter at Aviex98, Australia's General Aviation Air Show and Trade Expo. Aviex98 will be held Nov 19 thru Nov 22 near Sydney, Australia at the world's fifth busiest airport and will be attended by the key decision makers from the General Aviation industries of Australia, the Asia Pacific and the international community.

Preparing for their participation, Brantly loaded two B-2Bs into a 40 foot overseas shipping container this morning. Taking advantage of the B-2B's uniquely designed rotor blade, the entire loading operation went very smoothly and only took a little more than an hour to safely package the two aircraft for their overseas journey. The helicopters are already in transient to the ocean port at Long Beach, CA and will then be shipped to Sydney, Australia. The entire transport to Sydney will take about 45 days.

The company's Vice President, Cy Russum, will represent Brantly International at Aviex98. In addition to supervising all Brantly International activities at Aviex98, Mr. Russum will fly the demonstration flights of the B-2B.

Mr. Russum, commenting on the importance of participating in Aviex98, said, "This is another important step for Brantly International as we market the B-2B on the international stage. Obviously, we are very pleased to be invited to such a prestigious event as Aviex98, and I'm looking forward to displaying the quality of workmanship we put into the helicopter we produce here at Vernon. We see Aviex98 as a great opportunity for both our company and for Vernon."

Brantly International, Inc. is located at Wilbarger County airport, has 40 employees and locally produces nearly every part on the B-2B light helicopter.
