September 5th, 2006: Credit Cards - For your convenience we are now accepting credit cards for payment when you order parts. If you have a past due balance and would like to clear it up by credit card, give us a call. You can also pay by using paypal. If you'd like to use that option let us know and we can send you an invoice by email and you can pay directly to the invoice. March 16th, 2006: Service Instruction 16 - There is a new Service Instruction and it can be downloaded from the Service web page. December 15th, 2005: Service Instruction 15 - There is a new Service Instruction and it can be downloaded from the Service web page. November 9th, 2005: Service Letter 110 - There is a new Service Letter and it can be downloaded from the Service web page. November 2, 2004: 2004 Owner Survey - Brantly has undertaken a worldwide survey of all past and present owners of Brantly B-2 series helicopters. The focus is generally on the service history. If you are currently a Brantly owner, please visit the Service Department's web page to get a copy of the Owner Survey form. We invite you to fill out this form and send it in to the Service Department. If you are a past Brantly owner, we would also like to hear from you even if it's just a phone call to tell us what you remember. We intend to cover as much as possible the entire 45 year history of the Brantly and all ships ever built. August 1, 2003: Old Model Main Rotor Blades - Brantly would like very much for it's owners to contact as soon as possible the Service Department (service@brantly.com) if they are flying old model main rotor blades: 248-40, 248-46, 248-53. Please inform other owners you know if you think they may be flying these blades. May. 19, 2003: Tinted Canopy - If you've been thinking of buying a new canopy, you'll be interested to know that Brantly is working to get a tinted version approved. To be notified when it is approved and to reserve a canopy production slot, please give your contact information to our Service Department (service@brantly.com). Apr. 30, 2003: Float Kit - If you own any floats for the Brantly B-2 series, please get in touch with the Engineering dept (enigneering@brantly.com). Even if they are damaged, they may be useful to us as a reference to help us put them back into production. Thank you. Jan. 14, 2003: New Service Bulletins - New Service Bulletins numbers 101 and 102 are available for download from the Service Department web page. To obtain a free hardcopy of these Service Bulletins, contact the Service Department. Dec. 3, 2002: Engine TBO - In order to increase the TBO on the Lycoming IVO-360-A1A engine, we need to gather data from engines in the field having reached or exceeded TBO. If your engine has 1000 hours or more since new, please contact us before your next overhaul. Nov 1, 2002: Float Kit - Brantly is currently studying the feasibility of putting the float kit back into production. The startup costs are high so we would need a minimum number of pre-orders to launch. If you are interested, please contact us. Oct. 31, 2002: You can now download the most current index to the service bulletins, service letters and service instructions from the service department's web page. Please register with the service department in order to be informed when new documentation comes out. Oct. 29, 2002: Kit #102, Safety Belt Upgrade, is now available.
